At Bilgym, we believe good relationships are important for both academic and personal growth. It’s something we apply with our students as well as employees. And it’s exactly why we’ve dedicated one of the August days before the start of the school year to teambuilding activities.
This type of activites doesn’t only allow us to strenghten the connections across different departments, but also gives us the opportunity to practise skills, we aim to teach our students, in a fun way. Problem solving, creativity, cooperation or effective communication are only some of the skills our teachers needed to tackle tasks prepared for them. All of this in a nice and relaxing atmosphere.
